Custom and manual sorting for the item and category library

Several users have requested the ability to manually sort and reorganize their items, materials, and categories directly in the library (for example, grouping all plywood sheets by thickness in one place). Currently, the sorting system may lack flexibility or experience instability when moving items, which leads to disorganization when there is a large volume of materials. Adding custom sorting options (persistent manual order, alphabetical, or numerical sorting) would allow the catalog to be organized much more efficiently.
