Convert the amount in a category to a percentage of expenses

Users would like to be able to convert the total amount of a category into a fee percentage that can be applied to other tasks, similar to how the fees section currently works. Currently, this requires a complex workaround involving excluding tasks, applying a negative fee (-100%) to the category, and then manually converting the total into a percentage to apply it as a standard fee. Adding this feature would significantly simplify this workflow.
