Complete bilingual and automated translation of submissions

Users are requesting a feature that would automatically translate an entire submission into English for their English-speaking customers. Currently, changing the language in the settings (or using the Alt+Ctrl+L shortcut) only translates the basic interface and certain merchant-related articles. Texts, custom articles, and descriptions still require manual translation or the use of external tools (such as Google Translate). Adding an automated translation feature for all report content would greatly simplify the management of bilingual files.
