Machine Translation of Submissions and Reports (Multilingual)

Add a feature that automatically generates or translates a submission and the final report into another language (e.g., into English). Currently, changing the language in the interface does not translate the custom text added by the user, thus requiring manual translation of these items or the use of external tools such as Google Translate. Automating the translation of entire projects would save valuable time when presenting to English-speaking clients.
