Removing phantom tasks and cleaning up zero-value items

When deleting a measurement (such as the length of a cornice), the element may remain in the project as a phantom task with a quantity of 0. Although a temporary option allows these elements to be hidden in the generated report, a dedicated cleanup feature is planned for development. This feature would prompt the user to manually confirm which tasks to delete (via a pop-up confirmation window) to ensure that a task with a quantity of 0 is indeed an intentional deletion and not an oversight.
