Project-Specific Notes Section (Rich Text Format)

Several users have requested the ability to add detailed notes—such as inclusions or exclusions—that would apply only to a single project. Currently, the description bubble is too small, and using the general terms and conditions section for these specific notes is problematic because it modifies the text for all submissions. To address this need, we plan to replace the project description with a rich-text section (Word-style), offering flexibility similar to that of the terms and conditions.
