Save and select clause templates (terms and conditions)

Users would like to be able to easily create, save, and select multiple clause templates (terms and conditions, inclusions/exclusions) from a list or drop-down menu. This would allow users to quickly insert specific terms based on the type of project (e.g., renovation vs. new construction) or the type of document (quote vs. invoice), thereby avoiding the need to copy and paste from Word files or create multiple reference projects.
