Manually reorder the categories and tasks in the report
Customers frequently ask how to change the order in which categories or tasks appear in the final PDF report (for example, to put demolition first or adjust the order of heating and roofing). This feature is already built into the platform: users can drag and drop categories to reorder them using the “Manage” button in the category menus, or change the order of tasks directly via the sorting settings when preparing the report.
Drag the six-dot handle to move a category up or down
In Manage Categories, select All Category Types and drag the six-dot handle to reorder
From the category list, tap Manage to begin reordering
