Manually Reorganizing the Order of Tasks and Categories
Users want to be able to customize the order in which categories and tasks are displayed in their projects and in the generated reports (for example, placing excavation and demolition at the very beginning of the document, before the other divisions). This feature is intended to provide a more logical presentation for the end client rather than relying on alphabetical or default sorting.
Drag the six-dot handle to move a category up or down
In Manage Categories, select All Category Types and drag the six-dot handle to reorder
From the list of categories, tap Manage to begin reordering
