Excel Export Issue: File Locked and Adding Subtotals

Customers are reporting that the Excel file exported for submission reports is protected, which prevents them from inserting new rows or adding custom subtotals. The support team has confirmed that no such lock is intended and is actively investigating the cause of this behavior. Additionally, although the current Excel format is optimized for data consistency (to facilitate import into other software), the potential creation of a second Excel export mode that would preserve the visual layout and subtotals has been discussed and may be considered.
