Prices for project-specific items

Allow the price of a material to be modified for a specific project without updating the main global catalog.

In Settings, turn OFF 'Save changes to project items to My Items' so price edits stay project-specific.
In Settings, turn OFF the option “Save changes to project items to My Items” so that prices remain specific to the project.
