Option to mark certain items as non-taxable

It is necessary to be able to add specific items to bids without any taxes being applied to them (for example, medical equipment for projects involving limited mobility or SAAQ-approved patient lifts). The amount for these items must be added to the final total without any changes or the addition of taxes. A feature that allows certain categories of items to be excluded from tax calculations has been implemented to address this need.
