White Label: Remove the "Produced with Evalumo" note from reports

Request to offer a white-label option that allows users to remove the line "Generated with Evalumo" or the software's URL from the end of reports and submissions. The goal is to enable users to generate documents that display only their company's information. Currently, this modification is supported and performed manually by the support team upon request.
