Missing images and reference drawings when generating the PDF

Several users have reported a bug where material images and reference drawings do not appear in the final report when generating or downloading the submission in PDF format. Although a workaround exists in some cases (forcing a refresh by clicking “Prepare” and then “View”), the problem persists for other users (particularly when downloading directly). An investigation and fix are needed to ensure that all visual elements are displayed reliably in exports.
