Users have difficulty finding items they’ve just added to their list from the merchant portal. Currently, new items can get lost among numerous unclassified items, forcing users to search for them manually or reclassify them one by one. Furthermore, if an item already exists in the database, the system does not create a new visual entry but keeps the old one in its original category, giving users the impression that the addition did not work. Improving the user experience to highlight recent additions or clarify updates to existing items would help reduce this friction.
