Several users are having trouble locating and restoring projects that have been archived or accidentally deleted. Customers often look for a “trash can” to recover their files themselves and have difficulty finding the option to view the archives (a bug has even hidden the button in the past). As a result, technical support frequently has to step in to manually retrieve backup copies. We suggest making the archived projects section more intuitive and adding a true "Recycle Bin" to allow users to restore their projects completely on their own.
