Users have reported several issues regarding the inclusion of notes in generated reports. Currently, notes left at job sites do not always appear when the report is printed or end up being moved to an appendix at the end of the document, which detracts from the clarity of the estimate for the end customer. In addition, a bug causes notes for a specific location to continue printing even when that location has been manually excluded from the report. Customers are requesting the ability to insert notes and text blocks contextually, directly below the relevant tasks. The team plans to redesign the notes feature to integrate them directly into the task list.
