Users would like to be able to add text boxes or detailed descriptions directly within a project’s task list. The goal is to provide clients with more context in submissions (for example: specifying inclusions, exclusions, or details about how the work will be performed) directly below the relevant items. Currently, users must work around this issue by creating $0 labor tasks with long titles, or by using the general notes section that appears as an appendix at the end of the report. The request includes the creation of a dedicated “text/note” item type that supports line breaks and bold text for better presentation.
