Unintended addition of LENGTH_FROM_DRAWING() values between parent categories and subcategories

A user reported a behavior perceived as a bug in which measurements using the LENGTH_FROM_DRAWING() formula are added together across subcategories (e.g., door jambs) and parent categories (e.g., perimeter walls). The support team explained that this is normal behavior when measurements are applied to the top-level location, as this includes all lines in the drawing. The current workaround is to apply the dimension only to specific perimeter lines or to manually subtract the value of the other location from the formula (e.g., LENGTH_FROM_DRAWING() - 'Location Name'). However, it was pointed out that there is currently no built-in function to easily exclude sub-locations from the calculation without having to manually copy and paste variable names.
